When our house had a repair needing immediate attention, Troy and his team were able to come out and make the repairs quickly. We added on other tasks, which Troy and crew were able to do. They are versatile, being able to work on floors, electrical, plumbing, building a deck and more. They were considerate of the family, working around 3 young children and 2 dogs. Two years later, my wife and I are still delighted with our kitchen remodel. We were nervous because we put off the work until late in the year and we wanted it done before Christmas. Troy and his crew worked very hard, started after Thanksgiving and finished Christmas Eve. Amazing. The best Christmas present of 2019. This year, when it came time to remodel our master bathroom, we called Troy and he delivered for us again. We highly recommend Troy and his crew. They are very professional and knowledgeable.

I cannot recommend Troy highly enough. I had a very unusual remodel–upgrading some outdoor space into indoor space and adding it to the existing Master bathroom.
Troy is fast, efficient and does great work. When I called him to come look at my project, he submitted an itemized bid that night! And when I hired him and he said he could start on a certain day, he did! After working with contractors who promised the moon and then did not show up when promised, this was such a refreshing and worry free experience. It was so nice that Troy has his own team and is licensed in all the trades so the work goes fast since you don’t have to wait for subs to show up. I am very pleased with the quality of their work.
Troy is knowledgeable. This was not an easy project. Troy and his team did not shy away from what was needed to be done. I was impressed that he knew what to do to level my outdoor decking from the source of the problem–the posts had settled on two sides. He jacked up the posts and added spacers just the right hight on each side. So impressed that he knew how much each side needed to be raised. He did not just try to level the floor from above. The result is I have a continuous bathroom floor that is completely level. He also needed to add more support to the old deck area to support the new tub I put in. That all looks great from below and looks like it was meant to be that way.
Troy communicates well. He told me what he was doing and gave me options when unexpected things came up. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. He went the extra mile to put together and install a ceiling fan in lieu of the chandelier that came down for the remodel. He also repaired the bottom of a vanity drawer that he noticed needed help. He helped me go through my marble tiles to help me reject ones that were weak and may break.
Troy has integrity. An unfortunate accident happened where one of his workers accidentally broke my vanity top. Troy took responsibility for it and is getting me a replacement. Very impressive and appreciated.
When I have another project, Troy is the first contractor I will call.

Troy and his team did an amazing job with our extensive kitchen, laundry room and master bath remodel. It was the first time my wife and I had done anything this major, and it was an intimidating process for us. But Troy was great and making the process easy. He communicated well, asked questions when he needed to, making sure we got exactly what we wanted, and was great at giving us options when issues came up. Troy, and everyone involved in our remodel did a beautiful job. After they had finished, we decided that we may as well remodel our front bathroom. It wasn’t as big of a project as the others, but it was big enough that it would take a good week to do. Troy fit us in and did a fantastic job with that bathroom remodel as well. Troy Bronson and his team built our Deck with precision. They ensured the framework was strong, took care of every concern we had, and completed the work as scheduled. Therefore, we had him come another time to finish our laundry/bath room. As I expected, they did the same quality work. They are friendly and good to work with. Troy and team did an amazing job remodeling our bathroom. We get compliments from all our guests. They listened to our concerns and addressed every item on our list as well as items we never considered. Troy even made a custom shoe rack our my closet. Their only weakness is they don’t know how to take a lunch. Hard workers and very committed to the project. I appreciated that his team did all the work except for installing the granite and cabinets. Professional from start to finish. Planning and explaining the project was intensive, more so than we expected. That was appreciated. Once in the project, they were always exactly on time, worked quickly, cleaned up, were respectful keen to our needs. We expected the work to be great, and it was.
